Keep it fresh
Make sure that you always keep your site up-to-date. A site with outdated content does not create a good first impression. Always:
- upload new properties to your website as soon as you get them on your books.
- keep as many properties on your website as possible. Remember that every property you upload onto your own site will also appear on the portals that we feed to – so your exposure is exponential.
- make sure that articles and blog entries are current and still relevant.

- If you weren’t an estate agent, what would you like to be?
Either a teacher or an attorney – being an agent is like being a bit of both.
- What do you enjoy most about your job?
It’s a very exciting and challenging position and one needs to have a very even temperament. I love the process, from putting the buyer and seller together, to seeing their happy faces at the end.
- Best thing about your web-box website?
I just love my web-box website! Candice from web-box has helped and taught me so much. The ease, use and functionality of the site are its strong points. I am not strong on computers, so if I can use this site, then anyone can.
- What do you love about Spring?
Spring is my best time of year, out with the old and in with the new and of course it is the best time for an agent to be busy.
